We just spent a few nights at the Moose Hollow Lodge celebrating my parents' 50th Anniversary. What a fantastic place to say the least! If you are looking for someone to cater your meals you must pick Chef Ray of Fruitful Vintage! He and his wife were fantastic, professional, entertaining to watch, and boy their food was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We had Chef Ray prepare a luncheon for us to enjoy after our wedding ceremony at our cabin over looking the Smoky Mountains. During all of the running around pre-wedding activities, Chef Ray chatted with our guests while working his magic in the kitchen. When we came in from the deck after our ceremony, he had prepared a FABULOUS meal. We were so happy with our choices and that they offered suggestions regarding the meal when we asked for their advice on a few things. They were professional to work with and the meal was first class! I can't tell you what a hit this was with my family and friends who were with us. They LOVED that we didn't have to leave the cabin and could just sit down together and enjoy the celebration. Thank you. We will certainly be seeing you again!

We've had 2 meals prepared by Chef Ray now, both surpassing our expectations. Each time his menu recommendations were perfectly on target. His dishes were excellent in preparation, presentation, and oh yes, did we mention they tasted great. His blending of flavors was imaginative and creative without being over powering.
