How do "Heat & Eat Meals" work?
Our heat & eat meal service works by choosing, 5 entrées with 5 sides, from our set menu selections. (All menu selections must be the same per person, for each entree and side.) On the cook date, the freshest ingredients are purchased and brought to your cabin rental or home kitchen, along with our cooking equipment. Your meals are then prepared, on-site, and all entrees with sides are packaged in disposable containers. These containers are labeled with heating instructions and placed in your refrigerator for you to eat at your convenience for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Your kitchen is then left clean. (All you have to provide is adequate space in your refrigerator to store your entrees and sides.) 

Chef Ray can prepare "Gluten-Free" meals for those with Celiac Disease or IBS. We can also accommodate some dietary restrictions upon request.
