Fruitful Vintage Personal Chef Service, LLC has operated in integrity and has been committed to providing excellent and personal service since 2006. We are licensed, fully insured, and ServSafe trained.

By booking with Fruitful Vintage Personal Chef Service, LLC, you agree to all its policies and/or terms and conditions.
What is your refund policy? There will be NO REFUNDS for bookings within 30 days of your event for any COVID or Variant
related issues. If needing to cancel, it must be 31 days or more from your booked date, for refunds to be offered for COVID or Variant related issues ONLY. Refunds will also be offered if Sevier County goes into a lockdown or restricts travel to this area. **(Note: If payment/deposit is paid by credit/debit card, there will be a 15% fee charged on the total paid, for all refunds.)
How can I protect my vacation/event investment? We highly recommend each one of our customers purchase travel insurance through a reputable company. We do not sell travel insurance but you can purchase it independently through Travel Guard, etc. This will protect your investment with Fruitful Vintage in the event you cannot get a refund or reschedule our services.
What is your rescheduling policy? There will be NO RESCHEDULING for bookings within 14 days of your event for any COVID or Variant related issues. If needing to reschedule, it must be 15 days or more from your booked date, and offered for COVID or Variant related issues ONLY.
**(Note: If rescheduling, rescheduling must be done within 6 months of your booked date, at our current website pricing and availability. Also, once rescheduled, there will be no more reschedules or refunds available.)
What is your safety policy? Chef Ray and his assistants will not be wearing masks in the kitchen during prep and cooking. If requested, masks and gloves will be worn for serving plated meals only. We ask that you and your guests please stay at a distance from the kitchen area if they are concerned.
**(Note: If you or any one of your guests test positive for COVID 19 or Variants, we do ask that you either cancel or reschedule your event based on our policies. Chef Ray and our staff will not go into any cabin rentals/homes and be exposed to anyone having COVID or Variants or still recovering from them.)
